01Is my project big enough to source from Foshan?
If you are furnishing and finishing at least one whole apartment or house, yes. That is exactly the size where one container and factory prices start to pay off clearly. For a single room, a consultation and a smaller consolidated shipment can still make sense; we will tell you honestly which.
02How do I know what arrives will match the design?
Because you see it three times before it ships: in 3D and a VR walk-through of every room, in the showroom in person or on a live call, and in the photographs and films of every finished piece before it is wrapped. Nothing is produced until you have approved the real material.
03How do products from different factories end up in one container?
They all come to our own 10 000 m² distribution centre in Foshan. There they are inspected, export-packed, labelled by room and loaded together: one manifest, one customs clearance, one delivery to your port.
04What if something arrives damaged or a part is missing?
You unpack against the manifest and send us photos. Damaged or missing pieces are replaced. We have the drawings, the supplier and the photographs of the piece as it left, so there is no discussion about what was ordered.
05What do I pay besides the products?
Design, sea freight to your port, insurance and, depending on your country, import duty and VAT. We quote all of it up front so you can compare the whole number with what the same interior costs locally, not just the furniture price.
06How long does it take from first sketch to delivery?
Design takes two weeks for a whole home (concept, 3D of every room and the technical set), where a local studio usually needs two months. Production and consolidation take two to four weeks after your final approval, depending on the project, and shipping four to six weeks depending on the destination. Most whole-home projects land in four to five months from the first call.
07Do I have to come to Foshan?
No. Many clients never do. We walk the showroom with you on a live call and confirm every material with close-up photos and video. If you want to come, we will host you: the showroom, the distribution centre and the factories are all within an hour of each other.
08What should I send to start?
A floor plan or a few photos of the space, your country and a rough timeline. That is enough for a first direction and a budget range within two working days. Drawings, a room list or reference images help, but are not required for the first reply.
